African Union Development Authority (AUDA)-The New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) is a socio-economic flagship Programme of the African Union (AU). whose four primary objectives are to eradicate poverty, promote sustainable growth and development, integrate Africa in the world economy and accelerate the empowerment of women.
The AUDA-NEPAD SENIOR STAFF TRAINING was handled by IQvistas instructors, analytics and digital teams. Before now, the senior staff of AUDA-NEPAD have been working on various kinds of data of data manually which has been tedious and also not very effective and accurate. The management team and iqvistas team came together to educate the staff on how this data can be handled digitaly and more efficiently.
WHAT WE DID
Our goal was to train the senior staff on “TOOLS FOR EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT”
Introducing them to tools that can be used for data analysis, data presentation, data visualization and how working with these tools can help improve performance and maintain accuracy. This training, equipped the senior staff with the knowledge of working with tools that can simplify, increase performance and accuracy working with any form of data.
iQvistas team developed and worked with a life database to illustrate in very simple and well comprehensible method to convey this training to the staff. Developed a well structured course content and other readable materials that can be used as a reminder even after the elapse of the training period.
This training was done physically to give room to realistic data problems, give room to question and answer session and to and to handle both large and small data problems simultaneously.
The End Result
iQvistas Solutions delivered a modern looking site that is easy to use and navigate. The site also went live in time for the Salvelux to meet the government regulation of public sector sites being accessible by the 23rd November 2022.
