The Nigeria Poverty Alleviation Stipends (NPAS) members were educated by iQvistas development and digital teams, on skill acquisition and business management.

NPAS is a non-governmental agency in partnership with the Nigerian government and other non-governmental organization with the sole purpose of alleviating poverty by empowering its member with ICT and business skills and also providing fund to help start-up business or expand an already existing businesses.

 

WHAT WE DID

Our goal was to train over 45 members on ICT skills, Business Management Skills and other entrepreneurial  skills.

IQvistas teamed up with other entrepreneur who volunteered to offer their knowledge to members who were interested in their line of work such as:

 

  • ICT SKILLS such as: Web Design, Computer Appreciation, Social Media Management.
  • Cake baking and snacks
  • Hair salon
  • leather work
  • Make-up and Gele tying
  • Cosmetology
  • Rice production and Packaging
  • Life coaching

The training took place in NPAS hall, peace plaza Utako, Abuja. After the welcoming speech, the members were divided into groups according to their interest. The training lasted for 3 days.

 

The End Result

iQvistas Solutions in conjunction with other entrepreneur delivered a well modelled training to over 45 members, both old and new in areas of their interest.
